(This includes obtaining references and full credit checks).
· Online Advertising including Rightmove & Zoopla.
· To Let board erected.
· Accompanied viewings
· Arranging of the Tenancy Agreement and move in.
· Registration of the Deposit.
· Notification to Utility companies and the Council when Tenants move in and out.
· Collection of rent by standing order
(BACS payment made to the landlord within 24 hours of us receiving the rent)
· Routine Visits – This can be agreed depending on Landlords preference.
· Arrangement of Gas Safety Checks, Electrical Tests and EPC if required.
